Yogi Shrine
寄木神社Japan in the midst of the sea of Sagami Province, the fort of the conquest of the Emperor Takeshi, the south wind blew violently, and when the ship was about to be covered, his brother Tachibana-hime, in order to appease the wrath of the sea god in order to save the ship, came to Funaki, etc., and beheld the gods. On the way back from Oshu Heisada, he visited the company again and dedicated the helmet. Thereafter, this place was called Kabutoshima.
The legend of the turtle shell. At the end of the Meiji era, a large sea turtle wandered into Shinagawaura and was captured by a large number of fishermen, but unfortunately he died alone with a rope tied around his neck. This piece was donated to the Ueno Museum led by an elementary school band at the time, and a shrine was built here to enshrine the spirit.
